Terms of Service

By accessing the website or requesting concierge services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the services or the website. Privare Concierge may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Privare Concierge is a private luxury concierge based in Oahu, Hawaii, serving discerning clients across the islands and worldwide. We facilitate access to travel, dining, nightlife, transportation, wellness, and lifestyle experiences through a curated network of trusted partners. We coordinate and arrange services. The selected partners deliver the services themselves, and partner performance is the responsibility of the partner.

We act as an intermediary between members and providers. We do not guarantee partner availability, partner outcomes, or specific results. Where Privare Concierge operates a direct service, such as chauffeur transportation, that service is delivered by Privare Concierge under these terms.

Access to Privare Concierge is by request and is selective. Each application is reviewed individually. Membership does not guarantee any specific reservation, availability, or outcome. We reserve the right to decline or terminate access at our discretion.

Members are responsible for providing accurate information and for the accuracy of the preferences and details shared with us. You agree to use the services lawfully and to respect the discretion and confidentiality that define the Privare Concierge experience.

Arrangements are made based on availability and the details you provide. Pricing, availability, and terms of third party providers are set by those providers and may change. We are not responsible for provider cancellations, changes, or policies beyond our control. Where a fee is charged for planning or coordination, that fee is separate from the cost of the services arranged.

Program name: Privare Concierge Messaging. By consenting to receive text messages, you authorize Privare Concierge to send messages related to your requests and membership. Messages may include booking confirmations, trip and itinerary updates, reminders, and replies to client inquiries. Message frequency varies.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP or email concierge@privare.vip for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. For information about how we handle text messaging data, see our Privacy Policy.

Privare Concierge facilitates access and coordination. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of third party providers, nor for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services arranged through us. Our liability for any direct claim is limited to the amount paid to Privare Concierge for the related service.

All content on privare.vip, including text, imagery, branding, and design, is the property of Privare Concierge and may not be reproduced without permission. The Privare name and marks are owned by Privare Concierge.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services will be resolved in the courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
